By accessing or using QR-Pro ("the Service"), operated at qrkent.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. QR-Pro is operated by Fuse Networks ("we," "us," or "our").
QR-Pro is a referral management platform for business networking groups. The Service enables members to submit referrals, testimonials, visitation logs, and closed business reports; view member directories and profiles; track networking activity and attendance; and access meeting schedules and announcements.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. One account per person is permitted. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts may be created by self-registration (with email verification) or by an administrator on your behalf. Administrator-created accounts include a temporary password that should be changed upon first login.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of business networking and referral management. You will not:
You retain ownership of the content you submit to QR-Pro, including referral information, testimonials, and business details. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content you submit. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Closed business dollar amounts are treated as confidential. Exact figures are visible only to the submitting member and system administrators. Other members are notified of closed business events without dollar amounts.
Referral details (contact information, company, and notes) are shared only between the submitting member, the recipient member, and system administrators.
By using the Service, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account and activity, including referral notifications, testimonial notifications, closed business acknowledgments, meeting summaries, announcements, email verification, and password reset messages. These emails are sent from noreply@qrkent.com and are essential to the operation of the Service.
The Service includes three user roles:
Your role is assigned by a system administrator and may be changed at their discretion.
We may suspend or deactivate your account at any time for violation of these terms or at the discretion of system administrators. You may request account deactivation by contacting an administrator. Upon deactivation, your profile will no longer be visible in the member directory, but historical records (referrals, testimonials, etc.) may be retained for group reporting purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of referrals exchanged between members. The Service is a tracking and communication tool — business decisions remain your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuse Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
